In the final film in the Horror Canon the circus comes to town, but so too does a sinister and dangerous witch.  A dose of magic, mayhem and marzipan finishes off the series.

The Burgomaster sensing a subdued mood in the air at the annual Transelvation sheep flinging contest, decides to invite the circus to visit.  He employs the Great Jamrolli and his troupe to provide entertainment for the summer vegetable festival.   Soon after the circus rolls in so does a mysterious cloaked figure.

Gifted with the second sight and an amateur cake maker Cassandra, the circus psychic, predicts a terrible calamity will befall the village.  Having tasted one of her macaroons Old Tom agrees.  No one heeds her warning and on the night of the circus opening a huge thunderstorm rages.  After the show it is discovered that the village Post Office has been robbed, three goats have been slaughtered and Major Rich has vanished without a trace.  Panic grips the village as the Transelvationers wonder who will be next and how will they get their premium bonds.

The following night the cloaked figure is seen again and the bearded lady is attacked on the village green.  The shock is so great that all her hair falls out and she is forced to become the baldy lady.  The Old Hag is convinced that this is the work of a powerful witch.  A meeting is held at the town hall to decide what must be done (the Transelvation Arms is not featured in this film due to PDA Kirwan having been detained by the authorities whilst on tour in Jersey).

After a lengthy meeting in which The Great Jamrolli, Alberto the Clown and Old Tom are accused of being witches, it is decided that a Witch Finder must seek out the culprit.  Fortunately one lives in a nearby village and Old Iron Eyes is sent to fetch him.  Whilst everyone is tucking in to a nice Battenberg the Old Hag begins levitating over the table.  She has become bewitched.  Luckily Brown Hat is able to pull her down from the ceiling using the Burgomaster's ceremonial robes.

The Witch Finder arrives the next day and puts anyone who owns a cat on trial.  For the next few days the villagers live in fear and suspicion of everyone.  The only light relief comes from visits to the circus to watch the magician Harper the Magnificent.  It is at one such show featuring goat petrifying that the Old Hag realises that Harper is the witch.  Before she can alert everyone she begins levitating again.  Cassandra witnesses this and is able to trap Harper who has a morbid fear of wedding cake.  The Witch Finder pronounces Harper a witch and he is duly carted away.

Life returns to normal for the Transelvationers, the Old Hag is coaxed down from the rafters and Major Rich returns having run out of stamps.

Old Hag: "All her hair fell out with the shock you know."
Spineless John: "Oh no, I had her down to win the whiskerino contest."
